Accomodation

We have accomodation on our Farm and at our Hospedaje in Balgue.

Cafe Campestre, Balgue.
The Hospedaje fronts the main road through Balgue with a long Veranda, perfect for sitting and watching the world go by. That in itself can be fascinating in Balgue, you can watch Horses, Pigs, Cows and Dogs create mayhem. Watch the schools fill and empty, see the church goers head for hymns and prayers. Its a great place from which to see the world, but if you want more privacy we have a large patio at the rear of the property with hammocks and chairs.
We love food! So expect some really good, fresh, home prepared food made from local ingredients and produce from our farm. We also make our own wholemeal breads and pasta's and have excellent local produced coffee.

Accomodation.
2 private rooms with double beds. Sleep's either 2 and 4 people.
Plenty of storage, fan's, mosquito nets and a really nice bathroom!

Camping at Casa Campestre, Balgue.
The farm has 8 raised tent platform located around a central
Rancho. The Rancho has full kitchen facilities including all the pots
and pans you could need, a good stove, and a big sink area. It
also has a really large table and benches and it perfect for slinging
a hammock. There are composting loo's and an awesome outdoor
shower with wicked views!
The campsite is 15 minutes easy walk from Balgue and some of the buses go straight by so you can get a bus to the front of the farm. The drivers know where it is, it has a big sign.
Pitch your tent and then follow the road up the hill to the house and we'll help you out with anything you need.

The campsite costs $5 per night to use.

Self Catering at Casa David, Balgue
We also have a great cottage at the front of the farm with patio's front and back, a really well fitted kitchen, a dining area and upstairs bedroom. Out back theres a beautiful bathroom and the whole place is planted with lovely ornamental plants. Sleeps 2, but 4 can manage.

$25 per night 2 people
$5 per night per extra person.
